Cauliflower Crust "Pizza"

Who knew cauliflower was so versitle? Crusts..sauces..mashed.. I'm all about it! This is a crust recipe that can be topped with just about anything!

For crust you'll need
1 cup cooked cauliflower
1 tsp fresh garlic or garlic powder
1 tsp dried oregano
A few sprigs of fresh parsley
1 tbsp grated parm (or fat free mozzarella
1 egg

Preheat your oven to 425. Cook about a cup of cauliflower. I boiled mine in some water on the stove but the microwave will also work!
Dump the cooked cauliflower in the food processor. Let it cool before adding the other ingredients! Especially the egg or you will get a scrambled mess!
Add the other ingredients once the cauliflower has cooked and process until it's all incorporated!
Spread the mixture onto a cooking sheet. I put down parchment paper to see if I could tell a difference In the way it cooked from the last time I made it without the paper. I found that it didn't crisp up as much this time. So that's something you can decide depending how you like crust! I put it in the oven for about 15 minutes!

Toppings I used
2 cheese wedges (laughing cow)
Ground turkey (w/ red onion)
A drizzle of tomato basil gluten free vinagerette
Asparagus
Chopped tomato

You can literally use any toppings! I'm anxious to see what you guys come up with! Let me know if you make any of my recipes by tagging me in your pictures on Instagram @heymarbie!

Happy Tuesday!
Maybe I'll be a cauliflower sauce tonight!
Over roasted bell peppers ?! Yum!
Tomorrow's hump day peeps!
