I got a little crafty today and made a Super Bowl inspired banner for tomorrow's festivities! I used old scrapbook paper (I know you have some from that time you thought you wanted to start a scrapbook and then decided it was too much work so now it's sitting unfinished ... Somewhere?!) that resembled the teams colors! I mixed plain and patterned paper!
I used adhesive paper for the strings of the football pendants! No mess! The triangles were 7 inches by 3 inches and the strings were 3 inches! I hand drew patterns that looked like this:
I made 30 pendants all together! It makes the banner about 8 feet long! You'll need a piece of ribbon or string (I used while ribbon) and tape! Flip the triangles over and tape the ribbon on to the backs! I taped mine so the corners were touching! This is an easy diy project that makes a big statement!
I lined the triangles on the floor in the order that I wanted them so I could make sure the colors were distributed evenly!
This took less than an hour to make and is a cute addition to your party. If you have questions please ask!
Happy Saturday Super Bowl Eve,
Marbie xo.
