Protein Pancakes w/ Pb2 & Maple Almond Butter

After failing multiple times at these pumped up pancakes, I think I've finally found the right combo.

First on the list:
OAT FLOUR .. Don't get your panties in a bunch, it's just ground up oats! Throw a cup or two (I use organic old fashion oats) in your food processor and blend until fine or the consistency of flour! Store in an air tight container. I make this and always have it on hand .. Another thing you can prep ahead peeps!
Also pb2 is powdered peanut butter! You can find it located in with the other almond and peanut butters!

Ok, now that we got that out of the way you will need
1 scoop protein powder (I used vanilla)
1 scoop oat flour
(I use the scoop from the protein container)
1 cup Almond milk
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp pb2
1 tsp cinnamon

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, the mixture should look something like this:
And it should stick to the back of a spoon like this:
This receipe makes 3 pancakes the size of a saucer plate. So portion the batter out accordingly.
I used medium heat and sprayed my pan with coconut oil non stick spray from Trader Joes! I flipped them after 2 minutes!
I ate mine with a tbsp of maple flavored Mara Natha almond bitter! You can warm up the butter in the microwave for a few seconds or spread it right on top! You can make a TON of different flavors for this base recipe! .. Bananas, blueberries, coconut, yum!

I'd love to see your creations!
