Going Green - Shake Style

You definitely have to be in the mood to drink this mildly tart, overly green shake... Especially in the A.M. ! But if your feeling up to trying something new, this might just hit the spot.

If you happen to be like me, it makes it a lot easier to get past the odd colors and textures when you know just how beneficial the shake is! You can read more about the benefits of kiwi here:

Back to the shake.. 
What you will need: 
4 kiwis 
1 banana 
2 handfuls spinach 
1 container Greek key lime yogurt
2 Tbsp coconut oil 
1/2 Tbsp raw honey
Pinch of Cinnamon 
1 Tbsp Flax seed
1 cup silk almond milk 


Blend together and enjoy with a cute paper straw! Remember that kiwis can be a tad on the sour side, so before you start sipping, try a little out of the blender with a spoon, you can always add more cinnamon if necessary!
