Chocolate Covered Banana

Get your daily dose of spinach and protein while satisfying your sweet tooth. How can you go wrong with chocolate, banana, and almond butter ?! If your like me, these Valentines Day commercials have me craving chocolate! Over the next couple days I'll be posting ways to get your chocolate fix without busting all your hard work. 


You'll need
1 scoop protein (I used vanilla but use chocolate if you have it)
1 cup almond milk 
1 container vanilla Greek yogurt 
1 frozen or fresh banana 
2 handfuls baby spinach 
2 Tbsp unsweetened coco powder
1/2 Tbsp flax seed 
1 Tbsp almond butter
1/2 Tbsp cinnamon 
2 Tbsp coconut oil 


Blend all together and enjoy! This is my substitute when I'm craving ice cream or a milkshake! It definitely hit the spot yesterday after my workout! 

Also a little DIY project! That mini chalkboard is made out of a $.99 plastic picture frame from Walmart! Add a double coat of chalkboard paint and TA DA!
