Snow Cream (how fun)

I saw this a few times on Pinterest and a few times on my Instagram newsfeed! How fun! Turning snow into what else but icecream! The texture reminds me of the old fashioned homemade kind! We made our batches with extra silk to turn them into "milkshakes".

You'll need:
4 -6 cups of snow
1 14oz can condensed Milk
Milk (I used silk almond milk)

First add 1/2 of the can of condensed milk to the snow and stir together! It will come together and get thick. You can add milk little by little until you get the consistency that you want! It's that easy! Not such a waist friendly choice but definitely a fun one!
If I didn't know any better I'd think that was ice cream in that bowl! Yum! You can add a little vanilla if you'd like and a pinch of salt. I also then made a second batch and added half a packet of chocolate pudding! You won't believe your eating SNOW, how cool. Oh I just thought of making Greek yogurt Popsicles with snow! Hmm.. Check back for that one!

Hope everyone is safe & sound!
It's still snowing here.
