This might seem like a tricky task but have no fear it's very easy! Instead of giving you a list of ingredients I'm giving you first a list of kitchen tools!
You'll need:
pan or pot w/ 2 inches of water
slotted spoon
Spatula
knife
small bowl
Plate with 2 paper towels on it
Now let me explain: The small bowl is to crack your eggs into. Obviously the pan is for cooking the eggs. The spatula is used incase the egg is sticking to the bottle. The slotted spoon is to fetch the egg out of the water. The knife is to trim the sides of the egg after it's cooked. And the plate and paper towel is used to dry off the eggs when they come out of the water!
So after you've prepared your utensils, pan with water and plate, you can crack one of the egg (one at a time) into the bowl. Once the water (on medium high heat) starts to bubble you can drop the egg slowly into the water! Do not drop the egg into the water if the yolk has broke! The water will become foamy and white from the egg whites!
You can use the spatula to clear the foamy whites off the surface so you can see your egg! If you want to boil two eggs at a time make sure they are dropped at least two inches apart! They will cook between 3-4 minutes! Just take your slotted spoon and scoop the egg out of the water! You will notice the foamy sides of the egg! Take your knife and knock them off! They will easily come off! Then just place them on the paper towel and it will suck up all the remaining water!
You can season them at this point. I used pepper and Italian seasoning! You can eat it over spinach and turkey bacon like I did or I made toast for my hubby!
Who doesn't love a good fun fact ?! I heard on Dr. Oz last week that women who eat a cup of greens like spinach, kale, romain hearts, collard greens, etc.. A DAY have a 66% less chance of getting ovarian cancer! I was shocked and called my mom immediately to tell her! Lucky for me I was sipping a spinach shake at the time! Now if that doesn't make you want to eat your greens I don't know what will !
