Lobsterish Roll

I say Lobsterish because here in small town PA we don't have access to fresh seafood. But if you do (lucky) use fresh ingredients! This is a fool proof version! Quick and easy but tastes like you slaved away in the kitchen! 

What I used: 
8 oz can of Phillips crab claw meat
1 package of imitation lobster pieces 
1/3 cup horseradish mayo 
3/4 cup mayo
Juice of half a lemon 
1 scallion sliced 
1 tsp old bay 


Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate!  It's that easy! I bought rolls from the bakery at our local grocery store. They were so fresh! I cut the top of the roll and hollowed it out (that's the best part so of course I ate it .. Damn you carbs). This way you have more room for the meat! Next time I make this hopefully it's with real seafood! But this will do for now!
